Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time in the Willow Creek Community Services District Offices; 135 Willow Road; Willow Creek, California.
A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday May 28th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Willow Creek Community Services District Offices; 135 Willow Road; Willow Creek, California or via Zoom Meetings to discuss issues pertaining to the project and answer any contractor questions that may arise.
