The Willow Creek Community Services District is seeking very energetic qualified candidates for the position of General Manager.
The Willow Creek Community Services District offers a very good benefit package which includes Blue Cross health care insurance, dental and vision, CalPERS
retirement plan, CalPERS 457 deferment plan, 12 days per year sick leave, ten paid holidays and annual vacation (5 to 20 days).
Salary Range: $55,000 to $70,980 annually, depending on qualifications.
Qualifications:Possession of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, five years of management skills and or experience.
Job Requirements: Ability to prepare budgets, written and oral communication skills, ability to deal with the public and other governmental agencies, personnel management
principle, practices of public agencies. The General Manager shall work in the field as required, as a certified operator.
Qualified applicant will work according to Board Policy to achieve Board of Directors goals.
Possession of a Water Treatment T3 and Distribution D2 desired from the State of California (chief operator). However, a Water Treatment T2 and
Distribution D1 (shift operator) certification may be acceptable. Current California driver’s license will also be required.
Certification may be waived only if qualifying applicant agrees to obtain minimum shift operator certifications within one calendar year of
